Our digitally printed fabrics are created using quality fabrics and dyes. Please check your order is correct (especially for custom fabric) before placing it. If you need to amend or cancel your order please contact us immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has commenced.

Copyright & other issues
All designs illustrated on this website are copyright of the artist and must not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission.
By sending us artwork for custom print orders you are confirming that you either own the copyright for that image or have obtained permission from the owner to reproduce it. We will not be held responsible for any alleged copyright infringements. Please respect other artists and designers and don’t send us images that are not your own. We reserve the right not to print anything that is objectionable, obscene, vulgar, harmful or hateful.
Colour
Please be aware that computer monitors all display colours slightly differently. We’ve done our best to photograph all items to show true colour. There may be some variation in what you see on your screen to the actual fabric. We do not offer a colour matching service. Colours reproduced on different fabric types and in different batches will vary.
Size
During the print process we wash the fabrics. Please be aware that this can lead to some shrinkage. We usually factor in approximately 5% lengthwise particularly on cottons. We cannot print to exact sizes. If you need a very specific size please talk to us so we can help.
Studio Time
Please follow guidelines for bespoke orders provided on the custom print section of the website. Should images you send require our studio time to prepare them for printing then we may have to make an additional charge. If you’re not sure about images for bespoke printing please talk to us first.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for custom print orders varies depending on how busy the studio is, but as a guide we usually operate a 10 working day turnaround from the point of receiving your artwork and payment.
Delivery
We usually send standard orders (Fabric Collection, Boutique, Ready-to-Sew) using Royal Mail 1st Class or International Airmail. Custom print orders are usually sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or International Signed For. For larger orders we may opt to use a courier in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Returns
Standard items ordered from the Fingerprint store can be returned for an exchange or refund. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and returned within 14 working days. No refund for any postage costs will be made.
Bespoke print orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. We would strongly recommend that you order a sample print before placing a larger order. Just because something looks nice on screen, does not mean it’ll print out just the same.
Service
All correspondance must be conducted in a polite and courteous manner. Failure to do so, infringement of our copyright, or someone else’s, or failure to make prompt payment may result in our refusal of future service to any individual.
